Worst delivery service ever. Parcel not delivered after 21 days sitting at the depot Finally had to have someone pick up the parcel!! Never use Loomis Cranbrook BC

Worst service in Cranbrook, my package arrived in Cranbrook on Oct 25, 2019, so its suppose to deliver by Monday, but its not while I was tracking it was supposed to deliver on Oct 30 but its not so I called guy but no one pick up my phone, in next morning I called, fortunately, guy pick up the phone I asked about my package he said he couldn't locate my package then finally he was able to locate it then he said it will be delivered on Nov 1st, 2019 but its not. I paid $130 cad Plus Import duty
