Aug 19, 2019. 2:15 pm. I tried to book a room for the night. No one at the front desk. Rang the indicated bell. No answer for over a minute. Rang the bell again. No answer. Noticed a man in what appeared to be an office just back of counter, off to one side. He could see me if he had even looked up. He was doing something with papers. Obviously too busy to wait on a customer so I left. Went just up the street and got a room in no time. Not a fan of Sandman if that is their attitude.

terrible

Loud, couldn't sleep, walls are thin, I could hear the person in the room next to me talking on the phone and the beds are very uncomfortable.
