I asked for 3" to be cut off. The stylist (Ivan) took off 6" or more - ON PURPOSE - and didn't tell me until the end. I wear glasses so I can't tell what's going on while they're cutting. He said he did it because my hair was dyed a few years ago and he thought it would be better to cut to where the dye had grown out to. Never get your hair done by the stylist named Ivan! The manager defended him, too, saying he's so great. Terrible salon.
