    Waiting here forever to pick up my parcel. They only deliver to my door during working hours that I'm at work. Their working hours here is 8-6 weekdays. So I have to leave my job early to come and get my parcel. Very very inconvenient service. Last time I work with them.

    I was asked to carry item into the house. When asked "Why?" the answer was "What do you expect - your driveway is steep". Was not steep for other delivery companies, who use PROFESSIONALS and consider their reputation as important. Do not recommend this business at all.
