This is the first time we have ever dealt with a RV company, our experience was exceptionally good. As with purchasing anything new like cars houses etc… there are usually some issues (that’s life). We bought a brand new camper from Get-A-Way this spring; we had a couple issues related to the manufacture of the camper. We brought these issues to the attention of the company and they had us return the camper for the required fix /repairs. This was done in a very timely manner and great results.

Our R V trailer had a phantom water leak near the roof line which was difficult to find. After speaking with RV Centers in the area, we chose Get-a-Way RV for repair as found the Service Manager (Jason) very knowledgeable and able to identify what required and provide a Maximum cost of repair where other dealers were non committal. We were very pleased with the work done, the personal attention given and have no hesitation in recommending their services. All staff were friendly and accommodating

Exceedingly helpful and friendly staff. They know what they're talking about, explain things clearly, and answer all questions completely. And, as near as I can tell, their prices are quite competitive.

Excellent experience purchasing a quality Lance unit. We are from out of town and the staff made it very easy!
