Used this company for years until someone hit my car. Wawanesa is horrible to deal with if your car is damaged. Shady appraisers that get as little of your car repaired as possible, and call the rest "non-accident related". Mechanical inspection was never done. Only cosmetic damage repaired. Calls and emails go unanswered. Will be changing companies.
