This towing company was very unprofessional. The driver had no idea how to load a civic it took him an hr. Then drove 25k/h, looking down at tablet the whole time driving, ran a red light & overall my experience was horrible.
Didnt really get to use them, dispatch lady that answered was kind of arrogant and rude not much interested in hearing my problem. Rudely stated Something like call the AMA contractor. I think they may have had the contract and lost it or something.?
No stars for this towing company! The attendant, Luke, was disrespectful, showed no empathy, and no initiative. He came unprepared to help in icy conditions (no sand, no shovel) and left me in the ditch. He called the home owner ignorant and gave a sarcastic have a nice day as he left. Awful!

We understand you had a horrible experience; after speaking with you, your roadside, and an investigation on the details of the event, you have every reason to be upset! We do apologize deeply as his behaviour on that day towards you was highly unacceptable and does not in any way reflect the type of service we wish to provide. Luke's short employment with our company has been terminated and it's thanks to input of customers such as yourself that we are able to improve. We apologize again.
I had to have my vehicle towed after hitting a deer and the RCMP suggested I call CRS Towing. Im glad I did because they responded quickly and the driver who arrived was very pleasant. They made the best out of the worst situation for me and I appreciate their help. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you CRS Towing!

I locked my keys in my truck, they showed up in 20 mins opened it up quickly. Girl on the phone was pleasant to deal with also! The driver was polite and helped me turn off my alarm after he opened it up. Thank you again!!
