Took my lawnmower as it was still under warranty and wouldnt start, they called me about a week later to tell me there was stale gas in Carb and needed to replaced, not covered by warranty and extimated the cost to another $140 on top of the $54 I already paid when I dropped off the mower, I obviously declined. Took it home, sprayed some Carb cleaner in the carburetor and machine has been working beautifully. I should get my $54 back as is very clear they did nothing to diagnose the problem.

Took in a craftsman riding mower for mower and drive belt replacement.13 days later had spindles replaced and blades as well. The cheap blades they installed were 1/2 the thickness of my previous blades and bent within 1 hour of mowing on my acreage. They were 1/2 the price but just junk. Also my mower deck was not leveled after they reinstalled it. I wont go back. Poor quality shop.

Excellent service. First time there and i was greeted by name as i walked through the door. All paperwork was ready for me and all of my question/options were answered well. I left as one happy customer after discussing the purchase of my new 1705 loader tractor. I was not forced into a sale and they were great to deal with and nothing was rushed. Thanks for taking the time and making a deal!

Had snowblower picked up for seasonal tune up, complete with a deposit of $118.00 on September 18. No call backs from them on the status of it, told finally on October 25 it needed a new carburetor and kill switch, for a snowblower that was fully operational when it was picked up. Called manager to inquire further on what happened and was treated with utter disrespect, told to pick up non-functioning machine, and accused of trying to get a lower price for work completed. Will never return.

this outfit is not service orientated at all, they carry great equipment charge you more than most other places and take forever to get follow up service on warranty.

I just came back for the store and I am so mad. I don't recommend this company. The labour service is so expensive. I brought my lawnmower to look at the rear wheels. After 5 minutes of diagnosis, the cost is $ 50. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

These guys comple...

These guys completely wrecked my lawnmower. It took 6 months and they charged me over $200 and it doesn't work at all. This is the worst service I have ever seen.

I am a snow contr...

I am a snow contractor. I purchased a sweeper and a couple of backpack blowers from these guys. They were very helpful and easy to deal with. Everything operates great no issues. In fact I purchased a snow thrower attachment for the sweeper as well and changed my mind, they took it back and refunded my money without issue. Would purchase from them again. They could use more parking.

Terrible customer...

Terrible customer service. People are very rude. I had 6 tools not working and sent them in for service. Was only told of an $80 pick up and drop off fee. After they inspected the tools they gave me outrages prices to fix (some more than the cost of the tool itself). I told them no thanks and then they blindsided me with a $50 per unit inspection fee. Do not trust them

Go anywhere else

Horrible customer service, I cannot stress how horrible the customer service is. Was put on hold at one point, then the phone was picked up after 5 minutes, they had a conversation amongst themselves, then hung up the phone. This was after two months of waiting. Under warranty lawn mower, still charged over $200.00 for repairs. Lawn mower is not even worth that. My two cents, either take your equipment to Edmonton, or throw it in the river, you'll be better off in the long run
