Very poor service. The guy who takes the order at the drive-thru has difficulty understanding orders. It's now my second bad experience in this store by receiving a different food from what was ordered. It's frustrating!

I have watched yo...

I have watched your staff tear open a packet containing a hot chochlet powder stir it once and pass it to me even if you mix it it tastes like like it has been watered down so bad I end up throwing it out. I have mention this while in drive thru but nothing changes. I have never had this at any other location
