They need more staff. The leasing lady never responds (with multiple emails, texts and phone calls), the move out lady text me at 10pm one evening.. and after I replied I had a few questions and never got a response in the few times I texted her within normal hours. The only good thing is the maintenance. They were fast and friendly.. always there within 2 hours of a phone call. So glad to not be renting with them anymore!

I have lived here for two years and my experince with the office and maintaince staff has been nothing but good. My apt is very nice and large and whenever i need anything done, its done within a few days. The rent is very reasonable and my apt is close to everything>>>perfect for me!!.... i plan on staying here for years to come. I suggest you check them out.

BAD PLACE TO LIVE!

I HAVE LIVED IN THE NORTHERN PROPERTY APPARTMENTS FOR 4 YEARS AND HAVE NOT ONCE RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE FROM MAINTENACE OR THE OFFICE. THERE HAS BEEN MOLD GROWING IN MY APPARTMENT FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, THEY PAINTED OVER IT!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING WITH THEM AS YOUR LANDLORDS!
