Alberta Rental Assistance Corp has helped manage my investment properties for the past three years and everyone there has always been exceedingly professional and courteous in our interactions. ARAC has always worked in a timely manner to help us find tenants, resolve any and all repair and maintenance issues, and deal with tenants in a fair and professional manner that respects the provincial tenancy act.

I've been using Alberta Rental Assistance to manage my properties for almost 2 years and have had a pleasant experience. They are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I've not had any issues with their relationship with my tenants and they continue to provide excellent customer service for me and my tenants. I will strongly recommend them.

Recently, My wife and I had our first challenging experience with a rental property that we own in Edmonton (This property is managed by ARAC). Elizabeth and Sam were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Though I know that they manage several properties, they made us feel as though our property was their top priority. Elizabeth gave an extraordinary amount of her time helping us through this situation. We feel very fortunate to have ARAC on our team and we highly recommend them.

This is my first experience owning a rental property in a province other than where I live. Thanks to the excellent work done by Elizabeth and everyone at the Alberta Rental Assistance Corp. I sleep well at night knowing that my property is in good hands. They have always been very prompt in communicating any issues with the property or needs/requests of my tenants. Because they are so prompt, I am able to respond very quickly, in turn, which results in excellent service for my tenants.

Alberta Rental Assistance is a first class rental assistance business that makes life very easy for an out of town real estate investor. I have worked with Liz and Sam for almost 5 years and they have done nothing short of manage my properties in the most professional way possible. My properties are always rented for as much as the market will allow, and tenant issues are dealt with professionally and promptly. Highly Recommend!

Working with Alberta Rental Assistance is a pleasure. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They are practical in resolving tenant and landlord concerns, not picking sides but basing their input on the Alberta tenancy regulations in a practical and professional manner. I have worked with Alberta Rental Assistance for approximately 5 years. My tenants have nothing but good things to say about them and they continue to renew their leases every year because of their management.

Being a real estate investor I needed a property management company that would be great to work with and would meet the needs of my tenant’s and myself. Alberta Rental Assistance(ARAC) came highly recommended and from my first correspondence with Elizabeth I found her to be friendly, professional and very helpful. I have found Elizabeth and Sam Bain and their staff to be very proficient and excellent to work with. They ensure that the tenants are well taken care of which is a priority to me.

Be wise and look elsewhere for "rental assistance." Contracts with this company include clauses that are designed to ensure they gain financial profit at your cost. Please seek legal advice before signing anything they offer. I wish I would have!
