Simply the worst ski experience I've ever had. Had to wait for 45 mins to get a lift ticket yesterday. Then after an hour when I was actually on the hill, they didn't have one of their two lifts open. It was operational but they didn't have enough staff to let people use it. What a joke. I didn't wait in line to get a refund, I just left disappointed. When I emailed to complain they didn't offer a refund or a complimentary pass, just made excuses.
