Impossible to obtain information by phone on Bluesky TV. Shaw does not phone back when you are waiting online. Thinking about switching to a new cable provider. Totally upset with shaw. Definitely will not switch my land line or iphone to shaw. Service is awful.

Sales rep called me to offer cable. I told her I did not have a cable tv for years- not interested. But I asked if I’d get Netflix on my tv if I took the package. The rep said no, but I would have crave tv. It was a lie, the ol’ bait n switch offer. Crave was only included free for 1 month - even though we never received crave at all. I only accepted the offer because I was told crave would be included, now they want to UPSELL it to me. Seriously shaw? Make it right Shaw!! Now!
