Absolutely the most unresponsive & frustrating business Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. There seems to be a deliberate attempt to avoid telephone contacts with their customers. I phoned twice within two hrs to inquire about a bill & was put through to an answering service in India who said they would connect me to billing. It never happened. In my first attempt, the line was dropped, and in my second attempt Im still holding while writing this. I am intending to change my provider.
