The pricing is great compared to other towing companies in town and when I went into the shop I was surprised to find out how many other things they have to offer!!
Inconsistent in pricing quotes and lacking in professionalism. Tow truck driver kept undressing me with his eyes. Noticed one of the shop workers wearing coveralls emblazoned with a logo from a car dealership on the other end of town?
Customer reception area smelled like a paint booth!
Otherwise, the staff seemed friendly enough, but I left this impound / detailing shop / tow truck service with an overall impression of mediocrity at best.
