Web page link "https://www.wm.com/us/en/support/faqs/products-and-services#check-service-availability" is a dead end. They notify you mostly through email that a pickup will happen. Sometimes the night before but sometimes same day. Imagine getting a email at 5 AM stating that they will pickup at 6 AM. They start pickups at 5 AM. Schedule a pickup and its from 1-5 days out. Driver doesn't call 1 or 2 stops ahead to give notice.

You raise your prices when you feel like and dont notify your customers. You make a suggestion for a solution and then dont come through with it. We are expected to honor your contract, but you dont have to honor your part. You charge people to dump their bins 3 weeks in a row and you dont dump the bin and we never asked for a dump. I have literally spent so many hours dealing with them. I tell you my frustrations and you offer no compensation. Terrible service since takin over from Huxted
