    The bad news is there’s only one Nepalese restaurant in Calgary. The good news is that it’s outstanding. The Himalayan is a reincarnation of Mount Everest Kitchen, which closed its doors in 2008. Two years after that, owner and chef, Sanjay Rajbhandari and his wife Soniya opened a new location under a new name and once again began serving their authentic home-cooked Nepalese dishes.
