Wonderful doctors, terrible office policies. Be aware your credit card will have a hold placed on it for $150 the moment you book your appt for an iud insertion. There is no fee for an iud insertion, the $150 is the fee if you miss the appt. I agree with charging people for missed appts but it is completely attrocious customer service (and possibly illegal, I am investigating) to put a hold on someone's funds in advance for a missed appt fee.

This clinic used ...

This clinic used to be good.i came for my second pregnancy this is year.many times i had to wait 1 hour to see doctor which i think is unacceptable!!i have a 1 yr old cranky baby plus im pregnant.im always stressed when im leaving the clinic.i complained few times to receptionist and still bad service :( they over book themselves and dont care about patience waitin 1 hr past their appointment time..but if u are late more than 10min they will charge u..im definitly not coming back there again for my next pregnancy!!!!

Terrible service....

Terrible service. They have a super strict cancelation/ on time policy. However they will gladly make you wait for an hour WITH an appointment . Extremely disappointed
