Out to get your money! Got an extra $2 left over from my student loans last year only to find out they charged me double for taking it! Got a phone call today on Easter Sunday while having dinner with my family to find out if I will be filing with them this year... never again! My husband had 7 years of back taxes to do, we brought in all the info and gave them 4 weeks to get it ready. Not one of them wanted to do It, and we got passed around to three different people.

Dropped my tax re...

Dropped my tax return off on a Wednesday because they said it was easier then waiting. Got a slip saying "promise to be ready" for two days later. Showed up the day after my taxes should be completed to find out they haven't started them. I asked for my documents back so I could file my taxes somewhere else. The lady then started telling another emyloyee she was pulling the files in the wrong order and now because of it they were losing a customer. Very unprofessional!

Unfortunately Tha...

Unfortunately Thanks to them I got audited for the 2014 tax year! Not only haveing to wait a good 2 hours untill we finally were seen my BF and I saw a lady who could Barley speak English, thought my job was my name for half the appointment, and when asked if she could see the last T4 slip that I was currently waiting on she said yes she could. As I am still new to doing taxes I was under the impression that everything was fine and that she could see the slip I had yet to receive. Then months later I got a nice slip in the mail from the revenue agency stating that I am being a audited and owe them money. So thanks H&R Block for nothing
