Touring the grounds allayed any feelings of hesitancy and discomfort we had quickly opened the conversation to our thinking and for you to point out cemetery options. And making funeral arrangements separately from cemetery decisions made the process easier. First class Emma, we feel very well served and comfortable with all our decisions.

I preplanned my Mother's funeral and they were very helpful and showed many options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive of anything. You are encouraged to choose what is suitable for you and your loved one.
The day of the funeral had a minor hitch due to the previous day being a holiday resulting in a slight delay in the arrival of the cards and sign in book. They were upfront about the delay and never tried to make an excuse, rather an apology was provided. .
