I just bought a pair of Keen winter boots from Wuerth’s Stratford. Absolutely 5⭐️ all the way! I went in last week to check out a pair of boots I had been eyeing and Julie helped me. I called today to see if they were still there, but they had been sold. No big deal because they got a pair in from one of the other locations...and called me a few hours later to tell me they had got them in! I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. Awesome customer service all the way!!

I needed ankle braces for volleyball. They had them in stock. They also had many other braces in stock. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend using Foot by Foot.

This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Please commend your staff. Your employee trainer needs to take a job teaching all employees of all Canadian Tire store how to treat customers.
