I was disappointed in a shoe and phoned the company directly They said my problem was not a defect of the shoe so no help there It slipped badly on wet pavement seriously slipped I decided to see if the store would give me an in store credit They did no hassle at all Proceeded to direct me to a shoe i might find more to my liking All good Thank you

Employees attitud...

Employees attitudes were as if they were having the worst day of their lives both times I visited. Weren't interested in my questions about merchandise. Left feeling slighted.
