I wish I could give it zero stars. Purolator has terrible service. They lost my package containing a hone and accessories and there is an average of at least 30 minutes of wait times to reach customer service. This company does not have a culture of strong customer service and is utterly dysfunctional. I will never use it for my shipping needs.
