The absolute best bike shop in the GTA. I wont shop anywhere else for bikes or bike-related merchandise. The owner and all staff are helpful and friendly and give customers (even those new to cycling) encouragement and confidence. The service is superb, completed in a timely fashion, and affordable. The best!
My wife and I visited several bike shops in the area and in Toronto before going to Cycle Life. The customer service we received at CL was outstanding. Both of us were amazed at how friendly, non-judgemental Elie was. We both ended up buying bikes on the spot and will be going there for all of our cycling needs. Definitely recommend!!
I stopped at several bike shops this past weekend - three in Collingwood and one inToronto - looking for some Mtn bike shoes. The service and selection at Cycle Life was by far the best. I highly recommend Cycle Life. Check it out for yourself. You'll love it.
Cyclelife is my new goto bike shop! As soon as I stepped into the store I was welcomed with a warm smile and greetings. They have a great selection of bikes with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Elie took the time to ask me what my needs were and put me on the bike I needed without the up-sell to something I didn't. I spent less than I was prepared and got more than I expected. Awesome!
Bike shop with great customer service? Check! Great product? Check! Staff who know what they're talking about? Check! Owner and staff who ride and care about cycling? Check! Durham Region's best bike shop, hands down. Elie is one of the best guys to deal with, treats you fairly and looks after every customer. The only shop I'll deal with now.
