The receptionist I will say was so lovely, but unfortunately I had the worse Brazilian hair removal experience I've ever had out of all places! When I was cleaning up, I saw that I got burned in places, even after mentioning the wax felt too hot. I also saw I had left over hard wax in areas where the wax doesn't even go! She also repeatedly waxed areas leaving my skin so irritated.

Clean salon, excellent service, extremely professional, I would not go anywhere else. Maggie is great at her job, above and beyond customer service.
