Never have enough staff… they add themselves to skip the dishes and than every day they aren’t on it because “we don’t have the staff today for skip the dishes” well hire people…. All locations having the same problem to? No it’s pure laziness!!!!

The night shift ladies have 0 knowledge in customer service I waited 10 minutes at the counter while they talked and giggled to each other when I finally got to order my ice cap it was 3/4 full and she told me it's because she didn't feel like redoing it
