I just visited the Tim Horton’s at 510 Grand Ave in Chatham Ontario and it’s obviously not very pet friendly because they charged me 30 cents for a dog timbit when I have been to several other Tim Hortons and they give the puppy a free day old timbit. It’s not the cost of the timbit it’s the purpose behind it.
