I order from the Cambridge Centre Pizza Pizza often and for about the last 6 months 80% of the time the pizza hasn't been very good. I've complained and sent it back but it doesn't make a difference. Please hire a cook that learns about quality because right now they suck! Missing my awesome pizza's.
This Cambridge Center location is a great place for Pizza and Wings. Staff was very pleasant and they gave me few things for free. I had Garlic Bread, large Mediterranean Pizza, Chicken Wings and Fries. The pizza and food was fresh and tasted yum. Even the Pizza slices were fresh! The staff was very kind and helpful. I will always order from this location.
I come here very often for lunch from work. All the staff members are great! I do have food allergies so they ensure that my food is cooked separate and in clean space. It seems like the location is packed with kids during the school year, but the food comes fast and fresh! Again, great service and excellent Pizza.
They hung up on us accusing us that our call was a prank call(and it wasn't) all we said was hi can we order a medium cheese pizza
I ordered a med whole wheat pizza twice this month. Both times the crust was chewy and hard. The last visit was worst, there was no taste to the sauce and the crust was like rubber. Someone was coughing in the kitchen and I made a joke about someone being sick to my friend. I started coughing when I got home and got sick over the weekend. Never again will I buy anything at this location.
Pizza was amazing! We've been to this pizza pizza plenty of times and never had an issue with food. The only issue with this establishment is the service. The older gentlemen who serve are excellent but I've noticed quite the unpleasant attitude from some of the younger ones. They talk to you like they want you to hurry up and spit out your order and if you take a few seconds to see if you want something else on the menu usually an eye roll or a noticable irritated sigh ensue.
have you ever heard of washing your hands? I was shocked at what I had seen, I actually had left my meal behind and walked out. The manager or owner didn't even want to offer me a refund, after I saw him leave the washroom with cleaning supplies and returned to serving me and other customers
