The mechanics at Bayview are really nice guys guys unfortunately, to get to them you have to go through Mo at the ‘service’ desk. This muscle bound bozo, cares more about his dyed beard than he does customers. My appointment was for 4pm. He left for the day and didn’t bother to tell anyone I was there. A five minute forced re-gen turned into a 4+ hour wait thanks to his incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional attitude. This guy should NOT be dealing with the public.
