35 minutes to get our order of 2 big mac meals one 1/4 lb meal and a childs meal with only ketchup. order was a dine in and when i complained to the shift manager he went on and on about this being down and that not working for internet orders. when i got him to look at my order number it was not even on the NOW SERVING board. he pointed to someone elses bagged order and they began hauling stuff out and putting stuff in. all items were cold and the kids meal was incorrect. Pathetic
