I stopped going to this location years ago due to terrible service and incorrect orders from the drive thru. And after some extensive renovations I see nothing has changed. I went thru the drive they and ordered a ten piece bucket with sides and a large popcorn chicken. I get home and open the bag and no popcorn chicken. But I did get an extra box of lukewarm fries. So disappointed but at least I know not to go back again. Lesson learned.

I was there yesterday and the place was a mess Found one table clean and it was sticky. Bathroom was disgusting and very slow service. I ordered a taco supreme and it had exactly 5 pieces of tomato the size of a pea .Quality of the food has gone down . Won’t be going back to that KFC

Worst customer service ever. Yelled at us and told us we were wrong. Called to get delivery they told us 40 minutes. Waited an hour and still no food. Called back and she said they don't deliver until 4:30. So why did they tell us 40 minutes on the phone! Hung up on us so we went down there for the manager to yell and tell us we are wrong. Made her call the centre which she was refusing to do. Unprofessional and not polite
