How can this store have a manager like that? Such a rude guy, no posture, without any consideration for the costumer, especially someone that spent some dollars in his store. The way he talked was incredible! I asked a question about a previous buy at the store and he didn’t get it and started talking bad and aggressive. “WHY? Are you planning to buy something then return it?? We aren’t just going to rent this stuff to you, you know? This isn’t a rental shop.” – said with a straight face and a dead serious stare. That was the response I got from the manager after I asked about the store’s return policy. This store won’t be getting my business. Not that the manager would care. lol

Absolute WORST Customer Service ever recieved!

I got my skis mounted here and not even 5 months later the screws fell out when i was in the backcountry at Mount Baker. Turns out the guy who mounted them (also the owner of the store) forgot to glue them in place, because the screws fell out, the bottom plate on my binding endend up breaking. I returnted to the store to tell them what had happened and the owner, with the stench of alcohol on his breath told me "theres nothing we can do, its not my fault, theres no way to fix it, we will just put some screws in it and you can get out of here", constantly cursing. He clearly didnt want to take any responsibility in it. He insisted it was the quality of the binding and ski, which are Marker Dukes and K2 Obsethed, both not even one season old and a very high quality product! This place is obviously not capable of such an easy task as mounting a pair of skis and bindings properly. They may sell skis and snowboards but they definitly do not provide any "Service". This place is very un-profesional and highly un-qualified. I would not reccomend this place to anyone!!!
