Told that a tech has to be in to buy a battery that was in stock to take home for my phone after calling and verifying that they had one! .No tech in no mention a teck had to be there.Went back in while a tech was there. Told me to order one online. That they dont sell parts like that. When you call in they never answer. Especially closing time. Worst customer service ever.

Great store. Asked them for a game that they didn't have, and 2 years later they called me letting me know that the game was in there hands and that I had first dibs on it.

Sucks the guy Chris swore at me because I asked him 5 times for Pokemon game
