I used to use this as a preferred store, but was recently very disappointed when I made and order through this store that they were unable to fulfill from the bike department, but did not receive any communication. I made an effort to contact them about it a few days after I made the order only then to find out that they did not have the item. I had to cancel my order and start with another store. I definitely would like to say they have very poor customer service in the bike department!!!

This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts. Thank you! Thank you Canadian Tire!
