The knowledge and friendliness of the staff is exceptional.They create a very positive and motivating exercise environment. It keeps you coming back and thats what I've enjoyed about Live2Play fitness.

Amazing personal trainers. Clare is energetic, supportive and knowledgable in all areas of fitness and nutrition. I highly recommend going to all class and for personal training.

I've been working out at this facility for 2 years now and I love it! Bright, clean space. Great location; lots of parking. Knowledgable and energetic trainers who can customize a workout plan that fits your fitness level and supports your fitness goals. And a community of like-minded individuals who create an atmosphere of enthusiasm and support while you're crushing those fitness goals!
