    DO NOT TRUST WITH REPAIRS. Installed a dead (used) hard drive in our PS4 then refused to refund the purchase. Did not offer a new hard drive and were extraordinarily rude on the phone after I caught him lying about the repair.

    They sell broken ...

    They sell broken products and then won't do a return on it. Make sure they prove to you, that your used product works before you buy it. I was stupid and trusted their word that the used product worked.
