I was traumatized when I visited your branch yesterday afternoon. My girlfriend and I were yelled at by an employee because he claimed that we were not allowed to use the mobile app if I did not have a car. The car that he assumed we did not have was getting one of its wheels changed due to a flat tire, so we decided to walk a few minutes in the cold to get some food and coffee. I was expecting employees to be more understanding towards customers during this pandemic. You lost a loyal customer.
