I was very shocked with the unprofessionalism with how the manager handled the mistakes of my order. They said 35 min for delivery, but took 70 min. No call. I called and they said they will come soon. They missed a whole dinner order yet charged me. They said they will delivery it ASAP and never did, closing 2 hours early and no call. No dinner for my husband. I couldn’t believe the lack of service. I left a message. Got a call that night and they did say sorry and they will give me a refund.
Nickel & dimers! We have ordered many times and have waited 2 hours when they said less than an hour ! Called and didn’t even give us a discount ! Charge 4$ to change a deal to fettuccine Alfredo, and they made it with spaghetti noodles !!!! They are super cheap and will NOT go out of their way AT ALL for customers ! Horrible customer service !
Excellent food. Creative talented Chef in the kitchen. The owners are friendly and very accommodating if you request something special. Awesome food Staffing and environment all in one location
