I recently used Carstar in Olds, AB for an insurance claim. They had excellent customer service and my repair was done in a timely and professional manner. My car looks better than ever and I would highly recommend Carstar in Olds!

Absolutely terrib...

Absolutely terrible service, all I wanted was a quote and they were too lazy or just didn't care enough to get me one. They wouldn't return multiple calls over a period of 3 days, I heard from lots of friends and family about how terrible they are with customer service and the quality of work they provide and now I am a true believer. I would never set foot back in this buisness or recommend them to anybody else ever. Hopefully this review saves other people from dealing with this incompetent bu

Very prompt service and the driver was super friendly. I would definitely recommend.
