I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The work on my F150 was completed in a timely manner. As always, we were treated very well and appreciate the service we received

dealing with True North in High Level for years, bought my 1996 F150 from this location. sales and service departments have always treated us fairly and accommodate our stay with loaners and they try to keep my costs down never having the feeling of paying for more than i really need, thats a good quality for a business to have...
Impressed with friendly & informative information about the vehicle I was interested in at True North in La Crete, AB. All staff that I had to deal with were excellent. I would recommend buying a vehicle from True North anytime. Did stop in at High Level, AB also and was treated very well there also. Looking forward to continued excellent service down the road.
