Went to Lowes to purchase dishwasher, taps for both bathrooms, two toilets. Not once did anyone ask us if we needed help. We got model# & item#'s for our contractor. There was an elderly gentleman there & he seems very annoyed and never once offered to help us. You need to train your employees to SMILE & ask customers if there is anything they can help us with. We decided not to purchase anything and left.
