Hit or miss with levels of satisfaction given by company. Can either be very good or very poor. Very dissatisfied with working experience. Owner/Operator is very hard to get ahold of, poor communication skills. Lacks in general professionalism as well as treatment towards employees. Very unorganized. Recommend seeking other options.

Upper management ...

Upper management and owner are very dis organized. Making hiring this company a head ache. If they resolve this situation the company would be half decent. However their field staff is very helpful.
