    Worse customer service I have ever experienced!

    I was sent to the wrong location for my mask fitting app. and when I called them to see why the door was locked, they then sent me to their other location on the other side of the city. When I got there they said the instructor went home because she didnt want to wait for me. I didn't even get a phone call or anything asking me to reschedule. I was extremely frustrated and didn't end up getting my certification here and in the process, I wasted $20 in gas and 2 hours. Worse customer service!!!!!

    Unbelievable how badly run this is.

    Very unprofessional. The day before my scheduled course, they sent me an E-MAIL to let me know they had changed both the LOCATION and the TIME of the course, offering no option to cancel or reschedule. When I showed up, there were far too many students, we didn't have enough chairs, table space, equipment, etc. The instructor actually had to turn people away at the door even though they had paid and were scheduled to be there because by Red Cross standards, she's not allowed to teach more than 18 students. We already had 21 in the classroom and I know she turned at least 4 very angry students away. Worst of all, Calgary First Aid advertises their CPR C class as running 5 hours. However, I found out after I arrived that they had simply thrown me into a Standard First Aid class which runs all day (8 hrs) and although they told me I would be able to leave somewhat sooner than the others, I still ended up having to stay 6.5 hours! 1.5 HOURS LONGER THAN SCHEDULED. This has major implications for those using childcare and/or with other plans in their day. I had both. Still, I felt fortunate to not be one of the students turned away. Some of them had missed the last-minute e-mail about time and location change, and so had spent their morning driving around Calgary, trying to find this class, only to be rejected at the door because the class was overbooked. Compared to these people, my experience was lovely. Wish I would have thought to take pics of cramped classroom, broken equipment and furious clients - it really would have helped paint the picture.
